Professor of Law who joined the Brooklyn Law School faculty in 1927 after graduating and continued teaching until shortly before his death in 1974; an authority on partnership and agency law, he authored Sugarman on the Law of Partnership and Cases on Agency and Partnership and served as an arbitrator for the Civil Court.
