Professor of Law who taught and wrote in criminal law, criminal procedure, and evidence; served as Chair of the New York State Law Revision Commission and was the principal drafter of its 1990 proposed Code of Evidence, and taught at Brooklyn Law School from 1988 until his death in 2015.
