Jennifer P. Wilson ’01

While a student at Brooklyn Law School, Wilson took night classes while working a day job at the Manhattan DA’s office. She served as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Brooklyn Law Review and graduated summa cum laude in 2001. After graduating Wilson clerked for Judge Jon Phipps McCalla in the US District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and for Judge Julio M. Fuentes of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She served as a trial attorney with the DOJ’s Tax Division and then entered private practice as a partner with Philpott Wilson in Pennsylvania. Wilson also taught as an adjunct at Penn State Dickinson Law. Wilson was nominated to serve as a district judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania by President Donald Trump.
