Professor of Law who taught corporation law, insurance, and evidence and began teaching at Brooklyn Law School in 1907 immediately after graduating in 1906, later serving as a senior member of the faculty; he founded and for nineteen years supervised the school’s practice court and authored leading texts including Cady on Private Corporations and Cady on Insurance.
