Professor of Law who taught criminal law, constitutional law, and domestic relations at Brooklyn Law School after graduating in 1970 and joining the faculty in 1972 following completion of an LL.M. at Harvard; the first woman appointed to the Law School’s full-time faculty, she emphasized professional responsibility and the role of lawyers as active participants in shaping legal systems rather than merely technical practitioners.
