Description

The Brooklyn Eagle Building was at the corner of Washington and Johnson Streets. Brooklyn Law School inhabited it from 1903 to 1928. The school's population continued to grow; as did the space it occupied in the building, eventually taking over three floors and even rooms in an adjoining building. The issue of overcrowding prompted the creation of the Brooklyn Eagle Building in 1928.
