Abstract
This notice of effectuation instructs what is to happen after the City Electors vote on the ballot proposal. This notice originally accompanied the August 23, 1988 letter of the Members of the New York City Charter Revision Commission to the City Clerk. This document and several others were originally contained in a binder along with the August 1988 draft of the New York City Charter.
