Abstract
Dean Allard's opening remarks on the state of the First Amendment and the required restraints and tolerances that Free Speech requires. Mr. Abrams gives his personal thoughts on the growth and evolution of first amendment law following the Pentagon Papers case of 1971 and the impact the Citizens United decision has had. Mr. Abrams also analyze and gives his personal feelings about the impact certain Supreme Court justices has on the growth of this area of law
