Peter Brodsky ’90
Peter Brodsky, a 1990 graduate of Brooklyn Law School, is a music-industry executive and attorney who has held senior legal and business leadership roles at Sony/ATV Music Publishing, including General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Business Affairs. He has overseen global legal strategy, major catalog acquisitions, and digital licensing initiatives, while also playing a leading role in copyright reform efforts, including the passage of the Music Modernization Act in 2018. Recognized by Billboard as one of the industry’s top music lawyers, Brodsky represents a generation of Brooklyn Law School alumni shaping the legal and commercial infrastructure of the modern music business.
