Abstract
This document contains the Commission's Summary of the Final Proposals for the New York City Charter and the Commission's Proposed Charter of the City of New York. The final proposals were adopted during public meetings on July 31, August 1, and August 2, 1989. The proposed charter is dated August 1989. This document was included in a binder along with a memorandum from Linda Lange to Members of the Commission, dated August 16, 1989.
